Not only that it's a great pop art in itself, it's also a unique homage to Lichtenstein and very ars-poetic.
My friend did a pop art work for school as well. What she did was to create Bazooka Joe ([link]) comics with famous political slogans in the speech bubbles, and to create the dots she used only small round colored stickers. It's hard, but it beats using a brush
